L5 Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (L5) was established in 2007 by Chuck Nefkens CPA, MHA to support the needs of a growing base of clients that were using the Claims Audit Tool© application and other custom business tools he had developed. L5 is an agile organization that is structured to keep pace with rapid technological and industry change; has expertise in its areas of services; is focused on its core competencies; and dedicated to providing value to clients. At the core of the company's success are individuals who are passionate about what they do, enjoy their work, and steadfastly believe in the company's core values.

Prior to founding L5 Healthcare Solutions, Inc., Mr. Nefkens worked within the healthcare consulting practices of national and international public accounting firms. He has worked with many of the largest healthcare provider and payer organizations in the country. Prior to working in consulting, Mr.Nefkens worked as a Finance and Operations Manager/Analyst in some of the largest physician and dental practice management companies in the country. He received his BA degree from the University of California, San Diego, an MHA degree from Indiana University and is a licensed CPA in the state of California.
